Independent sourcing desk

Electric Forklift Charger Sourcing

This desk is an independent sourcing partner for warehouse charger programs. We restate buyer notes and request factory quotes. We do not operate a charger plant, hold stock or sell an authorization.

How a charger brief moves

The sequence below is a work method, not a founding story and not a claim of factory years in service.

  1. Collect units

The buyer writes battery voltage, connector family, quantity and destination. Bare numbers without units stay incomplete. Public specification pages often list kg at a stated mm load center for the truck; those truck units stay on the truck line, not on the charger line.

  2. Separate site work

Charge-room ventilation, floor drains, anchors and commissioning stay named extras unless the RFQ asks a factory to include them. Mixing those extras into a cabinet price without a label blocks comparison.

  3. Request factory lines

We send the same written scope to factories that can answer that family. A directory listing is not a submitted RFQ and is not proof this desk already audited a plant.

  4. Read exclusions

We place replies next to each other on voltage, plug, freight and documents. Items that a factory did not confirm stay unmarked. No finished price is invented on this site.

What each party owns

Buyer

Owns the duty, the destination and the decision to accept a substitute connector. Optional budget and high-end / mid-range / budget preference are buyer selections, not ratings we verified.

This desk

Owns restating the brief, requesting wholesale quotes and listing what remains unconfirmed. We do not issue OSHA determinations or UL listings.

Named factory

Owns the charger design, the documents it is willing to attach and the production slot it quotes. Certificates stay with that factory.

Roles on the brief, not a staff roster

Cards describe who usually writes which field. They are not named employees and not customer testimonials.

Warehouse procurement manager reviewing a charger RFQ

Procurement manager

Sets quantity, destination and whether freight stays excluded.

Facility engineer checking charge-room interfaces

Facility engineer

Adds three-phase supply, aisle width and charge-room constraints.

Maintenance supervisor noting connector family

Maintenance supervisor

Names the existing plug family, cable wear and equalize habit.

Documents to request from a factory

The row is a reminder list. Presence of a logo-shaped tile does not mean this desk holds the certificate.

  • Charger data sheet with voltage and charge current
  • Connector or electric forklift charger plug drawing
  • Statement of excluded site work
  • Any listing the factory is willing to attach after a match

Send the charger requirement

Use the inquiry form. We will restate units and exclusions before asking factories for wholesale quotes.
