Replace one machine

Write the charger you are replacing as one family: battery voltage, charge current, and whether the pack is flooded lead-acid or lithium. Keep a single capacity basis so each factory answers the same amp-hour window instead of mixing a passenger-car charger catalog with an industrial forklift pack.

Name the connector you expect on the replacement. An SB175, a DIN family and a custom electric forklift charger plug are different quoted extras. If the existing cable, wall bracket and equalize timer stay, say so. Browse Charge Units when the family name is still too wide.

Check site interfaces

A 36 volt or 48 volt pack sits next to aisle width, charge-room ventilation and dock height when the charger serves a mixed fleet. Floor anchors, three-phase supply and lowered height of nearby trucks belong in the brief even when the buyer only wants a machine-only reply.

These markers are buyer checklist steps, not factory certificates or completed-project counts. Public specification pages for this family often list voltage, amp-hour, load center of the truck and charge time; copy those unit names into the brief instead of a bare number. See units before quotes.
